Terms of Service

Creating an account or using the Viscra SSO service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

You must meet the minimum age requirements of Discord and Roblox (13+) and comply with their respective terms of service alongside applicable local laws and UK regulations.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Do not share your password or passkeys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, without notice.

When you authorise a third-party application, you grant it access to only the scopes you explicitly approve. You can revoke that access at any time from your dashboard.

We are not responsible for the actions of third-party applications. Review what scopes an application requests before approving.

You agree not to:

• Abuse the service - sending excessive requests, attempting denial of service, or circumventing rate limits.
• Impersonate - creating accounts that impersonate other individuals or organisations.
• Reverse engineer - attempting to extract private keys, session secrets, or other protected infrastructure.
• Misuse OAuth - registering applications for malicious purposes, phishing, or to harvest credentials.
• Violate platform rules - using the service in ways that breach Discord's or Roblox's terms of service.

If you register an OAuth application, you are responsible for its behaviour. Your application must not deceive users about what data it collects or how it uses access tokens.

App review - all newly registered applications are subject to a review process before they can be used by any user. Reviews are typically completed within 24 hours, though they may be faster. We reserve the right to deny any application without explanation.

We may revoke your application's credentials at any time if we determine it is being used in violation of these Terms.

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime and may perform maintenance that results in temporary unavailability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viscra Technologies is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in our support server. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
